Product Marketing Manager, Service Solutions (Cambridge, MA)

Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager for Service Solutions in North America, you will have the opportunity to drive business results through the implementation of innovative marketing initiatives in support of the broader Service Marketing strategy for the Diagnosis & Treatment business segment. You will leverage a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and sales team to provide insights and guidance on developing new service offers within the context of the Service Portfolio.

Your role:

• Cultivate a strong understanding of the commercial & service portfolios, customers, channels, and competitors to execute on a customer-focused approach for marketing programs and sales enablement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively commercialize service portfolio offers ensuring end-to-end support from value prop creation through launch.
• Create collateral in support of programs (inclusive of playbooks, pitch decks, data sheets, scripts, FAQs, competitive battle cards, etc.) designed in a manner that resonates with the sales team and customers.
• Maintain repository of competitive intel & develop framework for relaying information to Sales teams on an ongoing basis.
• Meet or exceed assigned key performance indicators including but not limited to service contract capture rate(s), service contract order intake and revenue, lead-specific metrics (MQLs/SQLs), win/loss analysis (leveraging Salesforce), etc.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree, preferred.
• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product marketing (or business marketing) management. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Your skills include strong attention to detail, working in a business with complex market/channel structures, business analysis, being tech savvy, and a bias for action.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re a self-starter who can operate effectively, efficiently, and has strong communication skills.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $135,000 to $216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
