Job Description

We challenge you to be an integral part of this dynamic team as an experienced Magnetic Resonance (MR) Sales Specialist. This position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and to the overall growth of our business by Identifying and reporting new opportunities within assigned territory.

Your role:

  • Supporting the Account Manager/Account Executive on the sales process with solution definition, design and propose a solution to address the customer’s specific need while acting as knowledge expert on product to support the AM/AE and the customer needs.
  • Assisting AM/AE with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning.
  • Partnering with AM/AE to drive a strategy to build value by utilizing on-site demonstrations, clinical trials, site visits, and national clinical showcase sites.
  • Assisting the AM/AE with the technical product input for the development of the quote and order as well as input on estimated target pricing.

You're the right fit if:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales, sales leadership, clinical applications, and/or marketing experience specifically within an MR capacity. Clinical MR knowledge and expertise, preferred.
  • Diagnostic Imaging Industry experience highly preferred
  • Deep product knowledge and expertise within MR product modality.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role and will require approximately 75% travel.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $184,250 to $221,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
