As a Business Operations Analyst at Philips Healthcare, you will play a critical role in analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**This is a hybrid schedule reporting to the Cambridge, MA office**

Your role:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in key operational areas.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance and track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions to address operational challenges.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of process improvements and operational initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support strategic decision-making and business goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business operations and process optimization.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, operations management, or consulting, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in healthcare or life science field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically about complex business issues.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and operations, with a focus on driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
