The Digital Program Director will spearhead and drive website strategy across B2B Health Systems businesses globally, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence. This role emphasizes the Website as a crucial digital touchpoint and aims to ensure an optimal end-to-end customer journey is delivered, extending to owned properties such as customer portals. Your leadership will shape the creation and delivery of global website projects, aligning with the company's strategic vision. You will take charge of the program plan and integrated roadmap. The Digital Program Director ensures clear communication with stakeholders and leadership, strategic alignment, and effective execution.
Your role:
- Lead 3- to 5-year website strategy planning with a clear North Star and prioritized roadmap. Develop comprehensive digital web strategies to meet business and regional objectives and customer needs.
- Establish subject matter expertise and thought leadership in B2B web experiences, championing an ideal customer journey. Share standards and best practices organization-wide.
- Collaborate with partners across businesses, regions, Martech, Experience Design, Web Operations, and Campaign Activation to identify and deliver new website capabilities.
- Manage the overall program and project planning, including changes, risks, issues, budget, and deliverables, ensuring the multimillion-dollar program meets its objectives on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define and optimize website-related processes, ensuring they are properly deployed to businesses and regions.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
- You bring 7+ years of experience in creating website strategy and managing projects/programs for complex global organizations.
- Your skills include strategic digital planning, senior stakeholder management, high-visibility project management, website management (B2B preferred), continuous improvement of websites, independent work style, multi-tasking across projects, and strong communication.
- You thrive on collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to shape innovative solutions and have the ability to guide cross-functional teams to execution.
- You cultivate innovation, drive digital and agile transformation, and act as a role model with customer focus, quality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
