The meQ Director of Partnerships is responsible for supporting revenue generation and market expansion via strategic partnerships and channel relationships. In this critical role, you will help identify, launch and foster partnerships that accelerate meQuilibrium's reach, revenue and market share. This role will focus on maximizing revenue potential with our global ecosystem of partners -- including major software companies, wellbeing platforms, and health insurance providers. This position reports to the Head of Corporate Development and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and grow meQ’s market share.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of each partner’s priorities, people (leaders, SMEs, influencers), operations and product/service offerings to effectively plan annual and quarterly campaigns for growth.
- Generating revenue by selling into a curated portfolio of accounts that you will manage from qualification through closing, aligning with our partners’ sellers to accelerate the sales process.
- Collaborating with meQ’s Marketing team to set goals, develop go to market strategy and execute on initiatives to drive joint demand generation with prioritized partners resulting in new opportunities and loyal customers.
- Working cross-functionally with Product/Technology, Customer Success, Operations and other departments to fulfill partner platform requirements
- Tracking key performance indicators for partners tied to company revenue goals including specific lead generation goals.
- Nurturing meQuilibrium’s global partner ecosystem including partners' value proposition to support the recruitment of additional partners: Deliver ongoing training and maintaining effective and consistent communications with the partner ecosystem, and supporting activation and renewal of customers sold through partner channels.
- Design and implement partner-ready demand generation programs aimed at driving new prospects and opportunities into the pipeline (often adapting existing B2B campaigns and materials)
- Developing a deep understanding of each partner’s priorities, people (leaders, SMEs, influencers), operations and product/service offerings to effectively plan annual and quarterly strategies for growth.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of HCM, healthcare, or wellbeing industries, ideally with a direct and partner selling and marketing environment. Experience with SaaS required.
- Proven track record and experience in establishing effective Partner marketing and sales strategies, plans and execution. Experience with a global partner ecosystem is a plus.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- The ability to prioritize in a changing environment; to follow up with key stakeholders and follow through on commitments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (familiarity with software and tools such as Asana and Salesforce desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced growth company
- Strong presence: exceptional ability to communicate with consultative selling capabilities.
- Salesforce proficiency.
Our headquarters are based in Boston. There will be times when travel to the Boston office is necessary for team meetings or training. Must be able to work east coast hours.
