The Biomedical Sales Enablement Specialist drives sales by onboarding for larger biomedical rental and service opportunities in coordination with Sales and Biomedical Specialists. Designs and manages detailed project plans for each implementation while identifying emerging issues and determining potential solutions. Coordinates with biomedical operations owner for account installation and processing for a given customer in the biomedical account segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads sales initiative preparation, implementation and captures results.
Liaise with sales and the assigned biomed operations leaders to forecast and prepare operations for successful program rollouts.
Define the project steps for the rollout of new large scale customer programs and coordinate with operations on available capacity (personnel and rental equipment
Set up a cadence and lead the project team to design all project milestones, including production scheduling to ensure achievement of all goals.
Verify that necessary contracts, account setup maintenance and specialist alignment, pricing and licenses are in place.
Monitor the progress of the program milestones to ensure completion within required timeframe and according to contract.
Develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures to and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times.
Work with customers to identify and resolve all issues and aid with same.
Updates HighSpot with any Biomedical Sales Updates.
Generates sales quotes and uploads pricing as requested.
Tracks pipeline and reports progress weekly.
Generates target lists for specialist team and pre-qualifies leads, as appropriate.
Ensures all sales tools are updated and placed in Highspot.
Supports Biomed Specialists Team with the following: Process Lost Devices, Invoicing questions, Customer issue resolution, Customer specific reporting, QBR data retrieval
Minimum Requirements
•2+ years in experience in project management, customer and/or contract support
•Bachelor s degree
•5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or in a sales implementation role
Preferred Skills
•Experience with web-based meeting/communication software, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Organizational and project management planning skills
•Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
