About the Role (Job Summary)
As an Operations Supervisor (M1), you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and team performance within our organization. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Lead and supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Basic Requirements
Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational tasks.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Position is based in-office with occasional travel to other locations as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as business needs dictate.
