Key Responsibilities
Gather SOPs, business use cases, and data flows from Biologics (Caretend), RetinaOS (via Data Hub), and GPO systems plus any other system identified into S/4HANA.
Collaborate with IT and business SMEs to gather business requirements which will help with the design and testing of interfaces, ensuring real-time, accurate data feeds without disruption to patients/customers.
Coordinate with specialty teams to ensure all feeder systems are accounted for in the integration strategy and opportunities for improvements are gathered.
TBD: Support testing and troubleshooting of data-related issues during implementation.
In-depth understanding of end-to-end BU business processes, to design future state processes, and ensure that each workstream aligns with enterprise objectives and strategic goals.
Understanding of current SAP system processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Strong facilitation skills to harmonize conflicting requirements and drive strategic alignment across Workstreams.
Strong problem-solving skills: Proactively assesses risks and makes design decisions with an enterprise-first perspective.
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Ability to provide functional leadership for robust design solution
Collaborates across Workstreams to ensure alignment, integration, and consistency in process design.
Ability to identify and resolve impediments, issues, and risks to facilitate timely resolution
Own process and solution designs in respective functional areas
Work with other Workstream Business Leads to make cross-functional decisions
Identify and request support from Enabling Teams when required
Identify, review, and address business risks, issues, and escalations
Support identification of Change Champions, Super Users, and Trainers
Disseminate key functional messages for the program to the business
Provide input into readiness plans specific to business activities
Support identification of business cutover tasks for the Workstream
Support data migration activities by defining business rules for data cleansing and validation
Assist with business continuity planning and issue resolution
Review and validate functional solution design to ensure business acceptance
Responsible for business role design
SOP governance and process adherence
Adhering to "Fit to Standard" process design principle
Assist control team to validate, design, test and implement business process (SOX) controls
Provide inputs and approve testing scope
Conduct fit-gap analysis with a focus on enterprise-wide impact and standardization.
Review testing progress
Continue to socialize program information and decisions
Responsible for organize User Acceptance Testing
Approve UAT results
Support defect resolution with a focus on enterprise standardization.
Verify that delivered capabilities meet enterprise-wide objectives and strategic requirements.
Design post-implementation production support models
Drive completion of readiness and deployment tasks for process team
Issue prioritization
Collect and prioritize enhancements for Post Go-Live
Responsible for rollout strategy
Continue to communicate updates to the business stakeholder
Approve role mapping to ensure consistent security and access across Workstreams.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Critical Skills
In-depth understanding of end-to-end BU business processes, to design future state processes, and ensure that each workstream aligns with enterprise objectives and strategic goals.

40%-50% travel will be required
