The Application Support Manager will provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services. Coordinates, and executes research programs by medical affairs (post approval studies, investigator-initiated trials, registries, and non-registration studies). Provides technical information and education regarding the safe and effective use of company products to health care providers and other customers. Conducts clinical educational activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals. Participates in the company's drug surveillance program which includes following up on adverse reaction reports. Provides quantitative and qualitative data analysis for Phase IV trials. Communicates and presents data professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to customers, sales and marketing. Integrates appropriate information into training programs. Answers scientific inquiries from the healthcare community and customer concerns about products and their use. Educates customers on clinical use of diagnostic and interventional products.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $110,400.

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiences preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with our Refractive platform the ILasik suite which is StarS4IR Laser, Wavescan/Or iDesign, IntraLase iFS Laser system preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with our Cataract platform the Catalys Laser system.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% domestically.
  • This position is open to the Northeastern regions of the United States: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Upper State New York .
