A Database Support Analyst 2 at IQVIA, comprise a team that collects, maintains, and expands information for OneKey HCRS (Healthcare Relational Services) data, mapping relationships among providers, healthcare delivery sites, corporate healthcare delivery organizations. Responsibilities:
Support the reference database team by collecting and maintaining data from state licensing boards across multiple healthcare professions. Utilizing IQVIA’s internal tracking system and state specifications, candidate will be responsible for ordering data files provided by state licensing board across the US and territories. State specifications will be acquired by written requests, electronic communication or direct from websites in addition to telephone contact. Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Maintain internal tracking system with state board specific information as well as process file orders from initiation to receipt of data.
•Communicate with state licensing boards by phone or email for supplementary information to ensure data can be processed accurately.
•Process accounts payable requests for orders and various expenses.
•Verify data files supplied by source contains the required data that is critical for maintenance of healthcare professional database; if incomplete, follow-up to resolve quality issues.
•Assist with investigation and research of both existing and potential data sources.
•Resolve data value checks of OneKey HCRS data of healthcare professionals. Conducting primary and secondary research on healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and associated healthcare markets that focus on clients’ specific needs.
Qualifications:
•An associate’s/bachelor’s degree in communications, business, research, a related field or equivalent work experience.
•Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance, knowledgeable in various research methods and excellent interpersonal skills motivated by individual initiative and commitment to teamwork.
•Ability to work independently and still connect with people—have excellent communications and telephone skills is a must. Collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and assess the reliability and quality of the information provided.
•Excellent computer skills are required with experience working in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with query writing in SQL is a plus.
•The ability to adapt and balance multiple priorities without compromising quality of work.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,400.00 - $133,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
