Summary:

The product team within IQVIA’s Patient Support Services (PSS) group is focused on building the next generation of connected innovations to support patients and caregivers on behalf of our clients. We are seeking the best, brightest, and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking to add a QA Team Lead to our team.

Job Overview:

Functional lead for testing across the PSS products to maximize test automation, optimize resource scaling and budgeting. Provides technical leadership and direction to team members and associates. Provide management direction to team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other activities needed to define master test plans to document overall testing strategy across Patient Support Services Tech Products.

  • Carries out procedures to ensure that all PSS Tech products meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.

  • Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

  • Establishes software quality standards for life cycle, documentation, development methods, testing and maintenance.

  • Establishes quantitative measurements and techniques for measuring software quality.

  • Establishes advanced software test standards and methods and conducts complex software tests.

  • Reviews and evaluates software quality assurance products and services for applicability to in-house needs.

  • Responsible for managing teams of onshore and offshore resources and managing resource capacity at an optimal level

  • Accountable for the financial oversight and goals for assigned testing programs to meet company realization targets.

Qualifications:

  • Requires intermediate level knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with 5+ years of prior relevant employment experience.

  • 5+ years related experience in quality assurance and testing.

  • Strong Team leadership, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing global teams in a matrixed, multi-regional organization delivering global initiatives

  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities

  • Highly experienced in dealing with complex and day to day employment scenarios

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

  • Experience with the following tools:

    • Microsoft Dynamics

    • Spira

    • Postman

    • JIRA

    • Confluence

    • Proficient User of Excel, PowerPoint, & Word

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $91,000.00 - $253,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
