Job Title: Manager of Data Analytics and Reporting
Reports To: Director of Manufacturing Programs & Analytics
Position Summary:
Great opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing team.Immediate need for a data analyst with a strong work ethic who can work independently to oversee the execution of data reporting required to support our day to day operations and client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for accessing, validating and querying data from repositories using available tools. Analyze large amounts of data for accuracy and completeness prior to sending/uploading into the client database. Data scrubbing/oversight of daily reporting prior to dispersing to the appropriate channel. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze data more efficiently. Solid quantitative skills, comfortable navigating a complex data driven business environment Attention to detail, ability to focus on important, granular details that are integral to business operations Manage multiple complex data projects simultaneously Serves as a primary point of contact for ad hoc reporting Collaborates with IT department and CRM team to obtain and maintain applications used for data collection and reporting Ability to work cross functionally and assist in program management, data related, when onboarding new clients Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years’ prior relevant work experience Proficient with MS Suite, specifically excel, is required Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Clear communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience interacting with database environments (SQL and MS) Experience with Salesforce.com Experience with Programing (XML or ETL) Understanding of HIPAA regulation’s and industry standard knowledge
