Senior Technical Project Manager

The Senior Technical Project Manager will be accountable for the overall success of the implementation of our new product supporting CMS 0057 regulatory functions for InterSystems Payer Services customers. They will be responsible for the overall HealthShare Unified Care Record and InterSystems Payer Services implementation strategy, defining roles and responsibilities across the multiple organizations involved. They will coordinate all project planning and execution, including level of effort estimates, quotes, through to on-time project completion, and eventual customer value achievement. They will be responsible for the implementation quality ensuring the project is completed cost effectively and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with the customer’s executive team and lead the relationship with project stakeholders.
- Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team.
- Quote the level of effort for implementation projects.
- Implement agreed to project governance, steering, and change control processes.
- Manage project scope and lead any change request negotiations.
- Build and maintain the implementation project plan, then use it to manage the project, and identify any future risks to the project’s timeline.
- Create and maintain standard project artifacts e.g. Project Charter, Communications plan, RACI matrix, Risk Log, etc.
- Maintain the project documentation library.
- Manage the project budget and be accountable for the project’s P&L.
- Produce regular project reports and management updates.
- Project outcomes Benefits Tracking.
- Collect lessons learned activities.
- Work with the InterSystems Solution Architect/Tech Lead and the implementation partner to ensure all tasks are included in the project plan.
- Manage the completion of all tasks, including those of the implementation partner according to the timeline.
- Manage the engagement of the implementation partner, including time management and cost, during the project lifecycle.
- Manage transition to the Operations and Support teams post go-live.
- Provide advice and best practices to customers engaged in the deployment of InterSystems solutions.
- Other duties may be directed by the company from time to time.

Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in enterprise software implementation projects
- 2+ years of customer facing implementation of Interoperability vendor healthcare IT products
- Knowledge and Experience working with Health Plans.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver results within project driven timelines and goals
- Good presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Ability to work within a team in a cross-cultural environment
- Available for consultation beyond normal business hours if necessary and willing to travel when required
- Knowledge and Experience with InterSystems technology is a bonus.
Education:
- University Degree or 7+ years in related field
