As IntelyCare’s Strategic Account Executive, Hospitals & Health Systems, you will be accountable for the new business acquisition and development of our acute care staffing solutions in the Hospital and Health System sector. As a senior sales executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing the overall business performance of the organization in the acute care domain.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Within the designated markets (Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania and/or surrounding states) and Hospitals & Healthcare sector;
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, generate leads, conduct sales presentation and negotiate agreements
  • Own and execute the complete sales process, from initial outreach and relationship development to needs assessment, pricing, contracting, and ongoing relationship management
  • Develop strategic account plans for each account and engage cross-functional teams to help achieve short-term and long-term goals that drive growth and provide visibility for cross-functional teams and revenue leadership
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients result in new contracts, effectively conveying IntelyCare's unique value proposition
  • Develop and cultivate relationships that cultivate relationships with current clients to expand our service offerings
  • Understand the unique selling propositions of our staffing services and test with key decision makers within prospective accounts and collaborate with the Marketing team on creating effective messages and supporting collateral
  • Engage with all levels of healthcare leadership effectively, educating prospective healthcare organizations about IntelyCare's differentiated services and software
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Create a land-and-expand strategy for clients, including monthly calls and presenting quarterly client reviews when necessary
  • Engage with the Revenue team, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Product teams for service forecasting, provider availability, product development feedback, and new offering launch planning
  • Report to the VP Sales, providing regular updates and strategies for business growth

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of business development experience in the staffing industry to hospitals and health systems within the state of Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania and/or surrounding states
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and staffing needs, particularly within acute care settings
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to expand existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Experience with per diem and local contract nurse staffing services within healthcare facilities
  • Proven ability to sell enterprise-level staffing programs to all healthcare staffing leadership levels
  • Strong communication, presentation skills, and ability to think creatively
  • An insatiable desire to win and a relentless drive to succeed

  • This position may require occasional travel.
