Overview

Position Overview:

This role supports the care program creation and customer launch processes in our Wellframe Product Line. You will manage project plans that result in the successful delivery of care programs and related supporting materials to the Customer Strategy & Operations team for implementation, or continued success, at our customers. This role sits on the Content team and reports to the Director, Content Operations.

Success in this role includes partnering with other Wellframe team members to constantly establish available bandwidth, manage multiple deadlines across customers and projects, distill information from various sources (team meetings, customer requests, prioritization conversations), and proactively incorporate it into clear project plans.

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of project management experience within healthcare
  • Content editing experience within healthcare and/or experience developing patient education and health literacy material
  • Proficiency with project management software (smartsheet, jira )
  • Experience with content management systems (wordpress, paligo)
  • Collaborative and flexible
  • Clear communicator, including being a detail-oriented documenter
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills

Your impact:

  • Support the customer implementation process from a Content team perspective, from customer launch to continued success
  • Manage and update detailed project plans for customer implementations
  • Oversee the delivery of Wellframe care programs customizations
  • Serve as the main contact for the Customer Strategy & Operations team to coordinate programmatic aspects of customer launches, trainings, and continued success
  • Coordinate comprehensive documentation of care program contents in customer-facing materials. Coordinate development of care program/Content team collateral for other Wellframe teams, such as CSO and Sales
  • Shape our team's project management approach by creating internal handbooks and defining best practices
  • Support and enhance the Content team's approach to customer implementations and continued success
  • Consistently work to enhance and improve the customer launch and program creation processes in order to maximize efficient internal communication, maximize clarity in the customer's experience, and minimize inefficient internal workflows.
  • Proactively work to gain insight into inefficiencies or knowledge gaps in the customer launch process and create processes or tools to address them
  • Support care program creation and/or customization
  • Program configuration and quality testing in Wellframe’s content management and internal admin systems
  • Review and edit program components for accuracy prior to implementation
  • Oversee the timeline and dependencies of our care program portfolio

Geographic Responsibility: This role is fully remote but requires EST working hours.
