  • Drive AI Development Lifecycle (AI‑DLC) execution from concept ideation, data strategy, model development, validation, deployment, post‑market monitoring, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Lead tollgate execution for NPI, requisition, and sustaining programs, ensuring alignment with customer CTQs, regulatory expectations, and AI/ML governance requirements.
  • Oversee delivery of AI‑enabled initiatives, including proof‑of‑concepts, algorithm development, platform releases, cloud and edge deployments, clinical/pilot trials, and install base enhancements.
  • Champion the use of Generative AI tools across the development lifecycle (ideation, requirements generation, design, coding, testing, documentation, risk analysis, and commercialization readiness).
  • Collaborate with business segments, enterprise partners, regulatory and quality teams, and third‑party vendors to deliver safe, effective, explainable, and compliant AI solutions.
  • Define, apply, and continuously improve AI‑inclusive execution methodologies, agile/DevOps practices, and program management standards used across digital programs.
  • Identify and proactively manage AI‑specific risks, including data quality, model bias, transparency, cybersecurity, clinical validation, scalability, and regulatory readiness.
  • Communicate program progress, AI maturity, risks, and critical decisions with clarity and consistency to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Apply strong technical and product judgment to resolve moderately complex AI, software, platform, and operational challenges.
  • Use data‑driven insights, analytics, and cross‑functional inputs to drive decision‑making and recommend scalable, customer‑focused AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in software and digital product development, including program management for AI‑enabled or data‑driven solutions.
  • Proven track record delivering cloud‑first and AI‑powered products from concept through commercialization in fast‑paced, regulated environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, data pipelines, mobile applications, edge computing, and medical device connectivity.
  • Hands‑on experience managing programs aligned to an AI Development Lifecycle (AI‑DLC)
  • Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue business models, digital platforms, and AI‑enabled SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence across global, diverse teams including engineering, data science, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex dependencies, and competing stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency with program and agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and AI lifecycle tooling.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with comfort leveraging data and AI insights.

  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent project management certifications.
  • Preferred experience executing GE HealthCare NPI programs, with solid understanding of PRD lifecycle, QMS, software lifecycle processes, and regulatory expectations for AI/ML.
  • Experience integrating Generative AI tools into software engineering, documentation, testing, and operational workflows.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize conflicting requirements, and unblock AI and technology‑driven challenges.
  • Understanding of global medical device software and AI regulatory considerations, including FDA, EU MDR, and emerging AI regulations.
