Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute the clinical service product strategy for medical imaging equipment (neuro, oncology, stroke, etc.) in China, aligning with local market needs, customer pain points, and global business objectives.
2. Drive a cross-functional team (clinical, technical, sales, marketing) to research, design, and launch clinical service offerings—leveraging existing technical resources, clinical expertise, and service networks to create differentiated clinic service product.
3.Conduct in-depth market and customer research: analyze clinical workflow challenges, competitor offerings, and regulatory trends in the medical imaging industry to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities.
4. Define product requirements, value stories, and go-to-market plans for clinical service products; collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
5. Monitor product performance after NPI, gather customer feedback, and continuously optimize product features, pricing, and service models to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical KOLs, hospital administrators, and internal teams, to ensure product alignment with clinical practice and business goals.
Qualifications Required
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Imaging and clinic or related fields; advanced degrees are preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in medical equipment industry, with 5+ years in service product management, clinical solution development, or related roles.
3. Deep expertise in clinical imaging sub-fields (neuroimaging, oncology, stroke, etc.) and a solid understanding of clinical workflows, diagnostic needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements in China.
4. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch clinical products, with demonstrable success in driving customer value and business growth.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate clinical and market insights into scalable service offerings.
6. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
