Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for Liaoning, Jilin & Heilongjiang region all market access projects for all business units. He/she will work closely with the BU related leaders, leverage resources to drive cross modalities/BUs market access projects through all stages and stretch the team to collaborate with the business teams and achieve the aligned win rate. He/she will actively maintain close and trust relationship with the dynamic government stakeholders, including but not limited to the leadership of the provincial/city Health Commission, Medical Insurance Bureau, Development and reform commission, Bureau of Finance, etc., drive professional influence on the stakeholders and leverage strategic insights to the policy makers.

Job Description

Basic Qualification

Above 5 years working experience on MA or GA role of healthcare industry. Above formal bachelor’s degree in related majors.

Key Capability

The role has the major accountability in driving the VBP projects cross business units by providing significant influence and professional impact to the policy makers and key external stakeholders. The direct delivery of this role will shape the business strategy in the VBP projects across multiple BUs. The role is expected to have profound understanding of industry policies, especially the VBP related knowledge and information; meanwhile, it is also expected to have deep understanding of the business strategies and BUs, broad insights of the business models, competitors’ landscapes, market intelligence, key products, and pricing strategies, etc. The role needs to lead the complex situations during the VBP cases, leveraging cross business units resources and expectations.
