Travel: 10–20% of the time

Job Description

We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager Digital Platforms & Loyalty to join our Women’s Health Ultrasound team. This strategic global role will shape the future of Women’s Health Ultrasound by driving lifecycle marketing and digital transformation across our extensive installed base. You will manage and optimize strategic digital platforms that deliver personalized education and curated applications and adjacent solutions. These platforms are central to our vision of unlocking eCommerce and recurring revenue models.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned digital products/offers/services; Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope.
  • Develop and execute global lifecycle marketing strategies, leveraging data insights to increase engagement, loyalty, and share of wallet.
  • Manage and market a global digital loyalty platform that delivers tailored clinical and product education.
  • Manage marketing and go-to-market for a global digital marketplace that offers applications and adjacent solutions.
  • Design and optimize platform offerings, preparing for recurring revenue streams and application-based selling models.
  • Drive onboarding and engagement campaigns, using performance analytics to measure impact and continuously improve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, digital) to align strategies and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Manage external agencies, including building clear and strategic briefings to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform portfolio development and marketing content.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven expertise in loyalty programs and digital engagement models.
  • Experience in digital commerce and platform monetization strategies
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma or another B2B industry environment
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and platform management, including traffic generation, content strategy, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with tools such as Marketing Automation Marketo and CRM Salesforce.com preferred.
