We are seeking a dynamic Regional Modality Leader to help drive a transformative initiative within our organization. This pivotal role will assume direct responsibility of delivering on quarterly & yearly orders and revenue sales targets. The Regional Modality Leader will be instrumental in revitalizing our business, driving substantial growth, and competitive conversations.In this role, you will be at the forefront of strategic relationship development and leveraging your relationships both internally and externally to drive a highly performing territory. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering on financial obligations to the organization. You will be pivotal in developing and managing a robust pipeline, ensuring sustained business momentum and profitability.
Job Description
Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service lines to identify qualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition.
Lead Women’s imaging opportunities among cross-functional commercial teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability.
Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in Mammography to drive funnel growth for the region.
Demonstrate expertise in customers’ installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process.
Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies.
Reduce cycle time by leveraging Salesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical expertise in Mammography or Breast imaging technology leadership, or hospital administration in imaging,
OR a Bachelor’s degree and a graduate of the GEHC commercial leadership program
OR 8+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, marketing, clinical applications, clinical technology leadership or hospital administration in imaging.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory (Denver or Phoenix)
Desired Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in healthcare capital equipment sales
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Demonstrated domain knowledge in Mammography.
Demonstrated history of leading within cross functional sales team to achieve client needs and sales quotas.
