This role is a strategic enabler for our organization—driving clarity, structure, and execution across business operations and transformation initiatives. You will be the connective tissue between leadership priorities and operational delivery, ensuring our business rhythm is rigorous, our goals are visible, and our strategic initiatives are executed with precision.
We are looking for a versatile, high-ownership leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds clarity, and drives measurable impact. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Architect and manage the business rhythm (MBRs, QBRs, KPI reviews), ensuring alignment and accountability across teams.
- Data & Insights: Build and maintain dashboards to track goals, KPIs, and business performance. Translate data into actionable insights.
- Drive high-impact transformation initiatives that translate into real-world outcomes.
- Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional strategic projects that are high-impact and often ambiguous in nature. Drive clarity, structure, and delivery.
- Leadership Engagement: Partner with SVPs and senior leaders to define priorities, track progress, and communicate outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver value.
- Communicates effectively to all levels of the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working in a regulated environment
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional teams
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in geographically dispersed and matrixed organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder expectations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong capability to navigate ambiguity
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
