Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with BU commercial leadership and finance teams to deliver sales and order performance.
- Act as owner of sales and order operations to align with finance and supply chain for an integrated business plan.
- Define wing-to-wing operations model, mechanism, and processes. Ensure high-quality executions and continuous improvement.
- Take lead on regional sales funnel (MPC) management, order/sales forecast, order fulfillment, and drive sales recognition.
- Improve business visibility and provide insights and report to management team. Ensure data analytics-driven decision making for budgeting and financial planning and analysis.
- Closely work with commercial leaders to improve customer experiences and elevate satisfaction levels.
- Drive and closely align with business leader to ensure 100% compliance.
- Advocate for and support development of team members, fully accountable for team engagement and development. Lead in upskilling and whole team capability improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with solid work experience in operations or a related field and a proven track record.
- Over 8 years of experience in sales, management, or operations; experience in both sales operations and order management is a plus.
- Ability to translate strategy into clear business objectives.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen, insightful analysis, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Innovative mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and drive change.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
