Job Description Summary
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting sales, clinical applications, and customer engagement across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work closely with account managers and provide expert guidance to customers—including urologists, surgeons, and clinical staff—on the effective use of SVG Ultrasound equipment. Your responsibilities will include delivering hands-on application training and workshops, ensuring users are confident and competent in operating the technology. You will also support market analysis efforts, assist in onboarding new customers, and contribute to business development initiatives. In collaboration with the sales team, you will represent the company at exhibitions, congresses, and workshops. Additionally, you will provide after-sales support and serve as a point of contact for application-related and product-specific inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the clinical and technical expert for the SVG ultrasound product line in Belgium and Luxembourg;
- Train and support internal teams and customers on product features, benefits, and best practices;
- Conduct product installations, on-site demonstrations, and application training in hospitals and private practices;
- Support account managers during sales activities, workshops, exhibitions, and congresses;
- Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to strategic planning and execution;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders;
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with internal guidelines.
Key Requirements
- Relevant medical technical background, for instance as a laborant in the hospital;
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound applications (high-end experience is a plus);
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; experience with hospital IT systems;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Workday is an advantage;
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written);
- Proactive, self-driven, and customer-focused;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Resilient under pressure and solution-oriented;
- Positive mindset, flexible, and open to travel across Benelux and abroad;
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, empowering them to become advocates of the SVG product line through expert-level knowledge and support.
