Job Description Summary
As a Global Product and Commercial Integration Manager in the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) segment, specifically within Anesthesia & Respiratory Care (ARC), you will lead installed base product management and commercial integration across the Anesthesia portfolio. This position requires you to leverage strong relationships across marketing, commercial, service, leadership, product management, engineering, and functional groups to manage in market commercial solutions (parts, catalogs, quoting and new business models) and execute a strategic innovation roadmap for the future with the Surgical and Procedural Care Need team. Your work will be crucial in advancing the vision of precision health, enabling clinicians to deliver enhanced patient care through innovative solutions.In this role, you will engage with cross functional and customer teams at both business and technical levels to manage in market products and launch new solutions. You will lead management of a broad global installed base of anesthesia solutions/configurations and execute strategies for growth with commercial teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Profitably manage and grow our portfolio of anesthesia solutions, integrating across product development, functional partners, commercial and service teams.
Analyze market trends and opportunities, translate them into winning business strategies, and lead coordinated execution with high accountability for results.
Proactively influence portfolio and drive investment decisions balancing customer needs, business strategy, and competitive differentiation.
Drive go to market strategies, configuration, quoting and quality management for our installed base, NPIs and upgrades, working closely with marketing, service and commercial teams.
Champion business model innovation, and industry leading methodologies to guide capital allocation and measure customer and business success.
Establish and manage relationships with customers and partners.
Manage customer installed base to optimize utilization of system, updates/upgrades, manage escalations and streamline commercial processes. This includes: Commercial part activation/catalog setup, supporting new business models, market availability management and planning (inc Sales, Service, Engineering and RA readiness), configuration management and product financial intelligence.
Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Leads functional teams or projects with resource requirements, risk, and complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and influences others' options on particular topics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Integration/Operations or Product Management.
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Desired Characteristics
Expertise in commercial systems (quoting, order management, configuration)
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
