Write software that is testable and well covered with unit tests
Efficiently work in an agile team of highly skilled developers with mutual coaching through design discussions and code review

You have extensive experience with embedded software development using modern C++ (C++17 and later).

Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits
Desired Personal Qualities
Beyond your exceptional technical expertise, you are able to efficiently and clearly communicate with colleagues from different functions. You can explain complex technical topics in simple ways without compromising correctness. You listen actively to avoid misunderstandings.
You are able to solve difficult problems independently, also when faced with adverse odds and setbacks. In doing so, you don't hesitate to seek information and help where necessary.
You are able to apply a first-time-right attitude in a highly regulated environment where changes are expensive, striking a balance between speed and perfection.
