Reporting to the WHXR Director – Programs & Productivity, and dotted lined to the WHXR Supply Chain Finance Manager, the VCP Analyst will be a key partner with Product, Regions, Finance, and VCP teams. He/She will work closely with the leadership team to lead the development and tracking of VCP metrics, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance overall profitability through effective cost management and project execution, globally. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

Funnel Building, Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Drive data analytics (cost per unit, outliers, trends, region-specifics, etc.).
Leverage data analytics to build and grow the project funnel to meet and exceed targets, ensuring a robust pipeline for future VCP initiatives.
Identify funnel projects to activate.
Review VCP projects’ business cases/ROIs and validate their savings at WHXR and sub-segment levels (Fixed, Mobile, Fluoro, Mammo & BMH).
Scrutinize estimates provided by central functions and regions. Advise the leadership team on risks/opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.
Confirm the benefits’ impact on P&L and EBIT improvements.
Develop reporting presentations for monthly and quarterly Senior Leadership Reviews.

Operational Rigor and Cost Management:
Consolidate project lists across all categories: Deflation, Design, Factory, Logistics, Install, Warranty & Services, across various Source-of-Truth tools.
Review Standards (by Product, Manufacturing Site and Region) and adjust as needed. Leverage VCP projections to update Standards and Budget.
Ensure consistent financial reporting and analyze variances.
Track major products’ Total Landed Cost (TLC) spends.
Support to drive operational VCP rigor to secure ongoing project VCP impact and overcome potential misses and/or headwinds such as execution delays, volume fluctuations, and rate/tariff increases.

Project Support:
Support cross-functional projects aimed at driving simplification and reducing costs.
Monitor execution risks with Project Leaders/Program Managers. Escalate to Leadership to clear roadblocks.

Strategic Alignment:
Champion the alignment of franchise VCP metrics and calculation methodologies across Strategic Business Unit (SBU) operations and beyond.
Drive prioritization of high value/ROI activities and share strategic recommendations about lower impact projects (continue or pivot).

Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with product and R&D teams on investment projects, trade-offs, and ROI analysis.
Provide operational and business insights, as well as recommendations to the Leadership when it comes to VCP Projects/Programs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
Proven operational finance / FP&A experience, preferably within the medical devices/pharmaceuticals industry, completing tech transfers with global interactions.
Preferred - Prior experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and/or process development & improvement.
