GE HealthCare is looking for a Head of Marketing Communications (Marcom) Imaging International with strong Marcom expertise and leadership skillset.This is a maternity cover from September 2025 to April 2026 including (7 months). We are open to consider candidates interested in a fix-term GEHC contract or an interim assignment.
This role is remote based anywhere in Europe.
The candidate will manage the International Imaging Modality Marcom team, will oversee building the strategic Imaging content & marketing campaign plans for the Imaging organization at international level, aligned with the International Segment and Zones business needs.

Job Description
He/she will focus on:
- Leading the International Imaging Modality Marcom team, ensuring continuous development skills
- Developing Imaging Marcom strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase awareness, demand generation and customer loyalty all along the customer lifecycle
- Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and overseeing Imaging Marcom campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with the business objectives and budget
- Leveraging Imaging content sharing with Channel Partners across the Zones and on the different platforms.
- Ensuring an efficient and optimized flow of Imaging content across the Internation region for Channel Partners.
- Creating adaptable content modules that can be repurposed across various platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Streamlining content creation, approval, and distribution to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Tracking Imaging campaign ROI and business outcomes: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the Imaging marketing campaigns, using analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Enhancing proficiency in Generative AI such as:
- AI-Driven Content Creation: Leveraging generative AI tools to produce high-quality content at scale, accelerating production times and reducing costs.
- Ethical AI Application: Ensuring AI-generated content adheres to ethical standards, maintains brand integrity, and complies with industry regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on AI advancements to effectively integrate new technologies into the content supply chain.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Marcom: Proven Marcom expertise with a portfolio of successful examples from marketing content strategy development, campaign creation and implementation, etc
- Brand Management: Understanding of brand positioning and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all Imaging Marcom efforts
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (modalities, zones, central Marketing)
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and new marketing trends
- Budget Management: Skills in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI
- Fluent in English
