Job Description

AVS VBP战略制定与执行

• 负责所在区域的VBP战略制定与落地，将全国策略结合区域市场特征转化为可执行方案，提升项目赢率。
• 以VBP Playbook为核心，确保项目全流程执行质量，推动持续改进与效率提升。
• 前瞻性识别区域市场机会与风险，及时调整执行策略以应对政策与竞争环境变化。

项目管理与跨部门协同

• 统筹跨省VBP项目，协调销售、产品、市场、工厂、GAMA、法务等多方资源，确保高效协作与执行质量。
• 直接支持各区VBP团队解决投标流程中的实际问题，保障商务环节高标准、高效率。
• 参与VBP分销商的选择与管理，推动项目实施并提升中标率。

政策洞察与政府关系

• 建立并维护与区域政府部门（医保局、卫健委、采购中心等）的良好关系。
• 解读并监测医疗器械VBP相关政策，及时向内部传达关键变化，提升项目执行效率。
• 与总部政府事务团队协同，构建多层级沟通机制，确保政策与执行一致性。

市场准入与商务支持

• 分析区域市场特征，制定有针对性的市场准入策略，推动产品在区域内的推广与应用。
• 专注VBP项目的商务支持，具备扎实的招采能力与对各省差异化要求的深入理解。
• 审核与优化商务文件，识别并纠正可能影响结果的细节问题，提升竞争力。
• 沉淀成功经验并模块化推广，提升整体效率与成功率。

战略接口与信息反馈

• 作为区域与总部之间的战略接口，反馈一线信息与需求，承接全国资源与决策，确保战略与执行双向畅通。

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，公共事务、市场、医学、工商管理等相关专业优先。
• 至少5年医疗器械行业政府事务、市场准入或VBP相关经验。
• 熟悉中国医疗器械采购政策及区域政府运作机制。
• 具备优秀的沟通能力、跨部门协作能力与项目管理能力。
• 能在复杂政策环境中推动业务成果，有超声、影像或耗材产品线经验者优先。
