Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Development Leader to drive growth and excellence in our Breast Care portfolio, including Ultrasound and Mammography systems. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with KOLs, orchestrating impactful activities, collaborating with local teams on customer meetings, and contributing to strategic planning with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with regional and national KOLs in breast imaging.

  • Facilitate scientific exchange and collaboration with customers to support product adoption and innovation.

  • Organize and lead roundtables, and speaker programs.

  • Design and execute high-impact activities, including symposia, workshops, and congress participation.

  • Represent GE HealthCare at key industry events to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.

  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market plans.

  • Support forecasting, business planning, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure consistent messaging and educational value.

  • Train and mentor local commercial and clinical teams on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Serve as a motivational leader, aligning teams with business goals and customer needs.

  • Partner with the regional and global management teams to shape and execute the breast care business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiography or other related Engineering Degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry, preferably in diagnostic imaging or oncology.

  • Proven track record in KOL management, event leadership, and strategic business development.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
