Job Description Summary

As the Global Product Manager Neurology you will be an integral part of the PDx Molecular Imaging Neurology Team, reporting to the Global Product Leader Neurology. You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, involving cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams.
The Product Manager is responsible for the identification, development, and lifecycle management of product offerings within the Neurology Care Area and Molecular Imaging.
This role requires strategic oversight from R&D to market execution, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies. The position demands strong commercial acumen, leadership, and domain expertise to drive innovation, global expansion, and operational excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Analyze product performance and develop and drive growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing, commercial and market access teams to maximize portfolio impact.
  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated evidence generation plans (IEGP), value proposition development and business cases for select products in the portfolio.
  • Identify adjacencies and partnership opportunities to enhance the portfolio and global reach.
  • Prepare proposals, business cases, negotiate contracts, and assess commercial risks.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to facilitate and implement early access programs, develop case studies and white papers.
  • Lead creative problem-solving efforts for complex challenges across markets and product lines.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly and negotiate with internal and external partners.

Market Insight & Innovation

  • Evaluate industry, market and customer insights and develop action plans that inform product development, lifecycle management and marketing / business strategy.
  • Develop deep understanding of the market, competitors and customer needs to inform product development and business strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead initiatives across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Market Access, Clinical, Medical and Commercial teams.
  • Work across the wider GEHC business unites to develop Neurology related value propositions and holistic messaging and presence.
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate independently to achieve business objectives within budget and policy guidelines.
  • Ensure effective coordination of analytics, metrics, dashboards, and functional processes.
  • Continuously improve and simplify product management processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must be flexible to interact with Global Markets\Multiple Time Zones occasionally.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires significant experience in the Product Management and Business Analytics / Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience).

Experience:

  • Significant experience in Product Management and Business Analytics / Support.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and managing global programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on project objectives, timelines and resources .

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
  • Skilled in project planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Domain expertise in Neurology and / or Molecular Imaging is highly preferred.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Smartsheet skills
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $142,400.00-$213,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
