As the Logistics Data and Intelligence Leader - Transportation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, ensuring data integrity, and translating insights into actionable strategies. This role combines the strategic, operational, and analytical aspects of product ownership, data stewardship, and integrated insights leadership. Critical success factors for the role include a product management roadmap for your given area, deployed data governance model, and deploying insights developed to drive cost out across the logistics network and total supply chain.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
Collaborating with Pillar Leaders to align product strategies with business objectives.
Building the Right Thing: Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements delivering the needed tools and intelligence to the organization.
Building the Thing Right: Overseeing the development and implementation of platform technologies with IT partners ensuring a high say – do ratio.
Selling the Thing: Ensuring seamless integration and operation of products within the organization from training plans, standard work development, and performance & adoption monitoring.
Data Stewardship
Establishing and maintaining data governance frameworks in specified tools.
Ensuring data consistency and accuracy across all platforms by collaborating closely with the business process owners.
Collaborating with teams to define data standards and best practices.
Monitoring and managing data lineage to ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance standards are met.
Business Intelligence Leadership
Conducting comprehensive data analysis to generate insights.
Driving analytics insights into action by partnering with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed initiatives.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and refine strategies aimed at improving key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics and supply chain operations.
Providing market and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
Segmenting customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Measuring and reporting on performance metrics to track progress and impact.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related Supply Chain field.
Proven experience in product ownership, data stewardship, and insights generation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies: SQL, PowerBI, AWS.
