Job Description Summary

As Early Career Trainee, S&OP, you will help and support Aquila(regional) S&OP team in processes improvement projects as well as support Fulfilment activities across HealthCare Solutions but mostly with MICT(Molecular Imaging & Computed Tomography) / MR(Magnetic Resonance) business units. You will also support coordination and follow up with local customer teams regarding inventory monitoring and actions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Support in driving overall continuous improvement in all fulfilment processes.
  • Support on MICT/MR Fulfilment tasks
  • Support in coordination and follow up with LCTs regarding inventory monitoring and

Qualifications:

  • Demonstration of rigor and strong execution in an operational environment
  • Strong Computer skills, e.g. PBI , Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use Analytics tool including PBI
  • Lean mindset
  • Solid communication and analytical skills, including experience with communicating with others from different counties and cultures
  • Organizational, project management and time management skills, including multi-tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail
  • Adaptable to multiple requests, daily changes and still deliver on commitments
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and has passion/interests in supply chain
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy
  • Good level of English spoken and written language
  • Solution and Result Oriented
