Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the right hand to our CSMO and Managing Director—manage calendars, prep for meetings, and keep things running smoothly.

  • Plan travel like a pro (think flights, hotels, agendas, and expense reports).

  • Help organize team events, offsites, and trainings—both virtual and in-person.

  • Create polished presentations, emails, and reports that make us look good.

  • Jump in on internal marketing projects—think all hands meetings support and internal brand and employee campaign coordination.

  • Keep communication flowing between teams and stakeholders.

  • Handle sensitive info with total discretion.

  • Be the go-to for team questions about tools, processes, and “how do I…?”

  • Collaborate with other EAs to keep the leadership team in sync.

  • Help onboard new team members and show them the ropes.

What Makes You Awesome

  • Associates degree, bachelor’s preferred.

  • At least five years of experience supporting executives, working in administration, office management, or a related field in a corporate or professional business environment.

  • You’re organized, proactive, and love a good checklist.

  • You’re a people person who builds great relationships at all levels.

  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and maybe even Canva.

  • You’re cool under pressure, able to work independently and can juggle multiple priorities.

  • You’ve got a creative side and enjoy pitching in on marketing or branding projects.

  • You’re discreet, professional, and know how to handle confidential info.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in an Administrative or Operational Support role

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $76,000.00-$114,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
