Job Description Summary

The Associate Product Sales Specialist (PSS) for general imaging ultrasound will be assigned to the Pacific Northwest market and will partner with segment specialist PSSs to drive funnel creation, increased visibility and ultimately increased market win rate across the general imaging ultrasound product segment. Position may be based in either Washington or Oregon (Seattle or Portland preferred)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Will partner with two Ultrasound PSS to cover a large territory not limited to, but including Washington, Oregon & Montana.
• Drive Ultrasound visibility in assigned territory to include but not limited to cold calling, customer canvasing, collaboration with Ultrasound Virtual Sales.
• Drive orders funnel creation.
• Support the Ultrasound PSS in assigned geography on sales activities and campaigns to drive order funnel.
• Accountable for owning accurate orders forecast in assigned geography.
• Develop customer relationships ensuring strong partnership and understanding of customer’s needs.
• Deliver the annual orders operating plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
• Must reside in Washington or Oregon (Seattle or Portland preferred).
• The territory will be WA, OR and MT
• At least 50% overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years outside sales (experience in medical device, capital equipment, software or IT is preferred, but not required).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $43,280.00-$64,920.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
