Job description summary:The CT Clinical Leader – Nordics and Netherlands will help lead, coordinate and manage the execution of clinical marketing plans for CT portfolio within the Nordic region.
It includes, but is not limited to, the identification and management of reference sites and key opinion leaders, the production of clinical materials and added-value outcomes in relation with current/future clinical trends (like advanced cardio, neuro procedures and upcoming PCCT), the support of strategic commercial projects bringing advanced clinical expertise as sales support (clinical demonstrations, site visits), and the organization of customer events, congresses and users’ meetings to drive clinical messaging and generate leads.
Strong collaboration with International Product marketing teams and local sales/clinical organization is essential for the success of the role.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Part of building & executing the CT Clinical marketing strategy within Nordics and Netherlands in line with sales/commercial objectives: product launch, marketing activities, clinical trainings,
- In charge of NPI (new product introduction) clinical support with reference sites,
- Developing in-depth knowledge of current/future clinical trends in CT and PCCT to help identify evolving clinical procedures in oncology, cardiology and neurology,
- Creation of clinical database both for demo on CT/PCCT systems and to demonstrate product strength through pptx presentations for sales force,
- Support clinical trainings to Clinical Education Specialists across the Nordic and Netherlands region.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent with advanced experience in the Marketing & Clinical and Care Area Marketing with a strong knowledge of CT Imaging
- Proven experience in the field of clinical marketing and advanced applications in CT.
- Several travels and business trips across the Nordics and Netherlands geography.
- Local language + fluent in English
Desired Characteristics
- Expertise in image demonstration including both exam acquisition and post-processing: ability to create clinical "stories" starting from clinical indications until image quality assessment and disease diagnostics.
- Evidence generation: ability to translate technical CT/PCCT performances into clinical marketing benefits: creation of clinical content (case studies, clinical cases, customer testimonials) of high added-values to support sales process.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to manage customer relationship and internal collaboration (between engineering, sales and marketing)
- Optimistic & energetic mindset with teamwork spirit for trouble shooting & problem solving in a positive environment.
