The Service tool loaning and provisioning support will be responsible to manage the tool activities to support the field services and drives customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the EMEA tool pool for loaning to the EMEA service region.
• Monitor the tool scheduling, prioritize orders and raise late return by having regular operational mechanisms with tool coordinators and service regions.
• Optimize the assets and manage the purchase order process.
• Manage the P/E process and GEARS creation for all EMEA investment.
• Support EMEA logistic service region to provide the needed documentation for customs.
• Work in a team mindset with different stakeholders (Tools coordinator, Engineering, Operational logistic, Sourcing).
• Contribute on continuous improvement processes on operational activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, French
• Strong level of excel and ERP system GELS and GLPROD
• Analytics strenght
• Demonstrated leadership capability and/or experience and exceptional interpersonal skills
