Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Sales specialist, Patient Care Solutions (PCS), is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities in an assigned territory in CIS countries. Lead Sales specialist, PCS may work individually in a territory, or where applicable act as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Lead Sales specialist, PCS, is responsible to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers. Lead Sales specialist, PCS is the clinical and sales expert for his/her assigned products and is expected to be able to differentiate GE’s product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, lead the opportunity, qualify the customer needs, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions in order to successfully close increasingly complex clinical/technical/solution sales.
Lead Sales specialist is responsible for:
- Achieving product/solution orders and sales OP target for PCS in his/her region;
- Forecasting and analyzing orders and sales (on the weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis) within the applicable sales funnel tools and reporting for PCS products/solutions in assigned territory/accounts;
- Creating business plans for territory/assigned accounts including, but not limited to opportunity development, competitive strategies and meeting targets;
- Building strong business relationships and formulating account relationship plans. Identifying & responding to key account technical and departmental decision makers’ needs and maintaining customer contact records in the relevant CRM tools;
- Maintaining a network of key opinion leaders;
- Building partnerships with key distributors: coordinating development plans, setting targets for sales volumes and monitoring their implementation;
- Identify private priority clinics and build strong business relations with them;
- Maintaining up to date detailed knowledge of PCS product/solution. Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms, which are relevant to customers;
- Maintaining up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product/solutions/services, participating in developing effective counter strategies;
- Representing the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote GEHC products/solutions;
- Understanding local legislations and regulations that are related to medical products;
- Identifying and creating new opportunities and work with Sales Leaders and Account team (where applicable) to continuously increase prospect funnel;
- Creating and maintaining opportunities in the applicable sales funnel tool and/or CRM tools;
- Identifying and reporting any compliance concerns including, but not limited to product quality concerns, and taking immediate action as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physics) or Life Sciences field;
- English Intermediate, Fluent Russian language;
- Able to travel;
- Valid motor vehicle license
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent negotiation & closing skills;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization;
