Job Description Summary
As Country Sales Manager at GE HealthCare, you will have a unique opportunity to represent our leading global company in the domestic market. You will help healthcare professionals deliver world-class care to patients using innovative medical technologies.The focus of the role is to drive orders and sales growth by executing on the country strategy, managing channel partners, developing key relationships at the appropriate levels in customer organizations and by generating partnership opportunities in Czech Republic across public and private sectors to increase GE HealthCare’s share. This role is very dynamic and will be suited to a Senior Salesperson with leadership experience who has the capability to sell complex technical products and/or services at all levels including to C-Suite, clinicians, departmental managers and policy makers.
This is a key role in ensuring the alignment across the business and working within a matrix organization across the Central Eastern Europe region and segments building customer relationships for the long term. As such the role is responsible for representing GE HealthCare in all aspects of the business in Czech Republic.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to local Account Managers, Product Sales Specialist.
- Excellent sales coach with effective communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
- Required focus on building customer relationship and growing the GEHC commercial relationships, creating collaborative partnership across all GEHC’s resources to drive a winning mindset.
- Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare Imaging products & services and aligned to business growth across all GE Healthcare products and services.
- Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GEHC in Czech Republic while managing costs within budget.
- Act as the key interface between the businesses, the channel partners and the assigned customer accounts (owns the customer relationship).
- Provides coaching and support for creating a long-term sales funnel.
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts and estimates aligned to the regional Sales and orders forecasting process.
- Owns the customer or technical escalation and response to the customer.
- Works through all opportunities for the geography, retaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
- Responsible for the management of the CRM tools, maintaining all opportunities and relevant account and customer information to support accurate forecasting.
- Responsible for Funnel Management over a long-term horizon
- Has a strong focus on Commercial Excellence
- Looks continuously for improving Customer experience. Works with the wider business to identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
- Works across the matrixed organization giving customers one point of contact, whilst maximizing GE opportunities.
- Works with product sales leaders and service teams to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities.
- Represents the company at trade shows, industry meetings to promote our product and our company.
Qualifications
- Commercial experience
- Country market understanding
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Sales Experience in a capital procurement and/or Diagnostics Imaging, Radiology environment
- Experience working in a customer facing role.
- Excellent sales coach and effective communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages.
Desired Skills
- You bring a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) knowledge or experience and extensive experience in selling medical technology, capital goods in a national healthcare environment.
- Experience of managing and/or coaching a sales team.
- Proven Strategic Account Management and planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech and English, & confidence collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong presentation skills
- Valid motor vehicle license, Flexible – able to travel and work across Czech locations, depending on customer need
- Highly motivated team player
- Excellent customer skills – experience in dealing at all levels of a customer’s organization including senior management.
- Knowledge of sales and service operating procedures, able to develop account strategies.
- Strong analytical and process skills, with Financial & commercial acumen
- Product and competitor knowledge
- Strong in MS Office Suite, SFDC and CRM tools.
