Responsibilities

Empowering the Exploding Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Field:
Join forces with our dynamic team to drive groundbreaking BD initiatives! Be at the forefront of transformative transactions, including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestitures, Equity Investments, and Partnerships & Alliances.
Leads various phases of the transaction process including analysis of inorganic strategy and markets, target identification and screening, structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing.
Provides project management leadership and support for assigned business development projects, from concept, through planning, and implementation, working with a cross functional team including segments, regions, and functions.
Works with GE Healthcare Strategy and Business Development leadership to manage communication and alignment with key internal stakeholders to support effective decision making and transaction approval processes.
Other duties as required to execute on GE HealthCare’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Life Sciences or Medicine
Minimum six years of experience of relevant business experience, including product management, project management, finance, information technology, business development, or strategic marketing
Experience or relevant exposure to supporting and / or leading certain elements of the business development transaction process including: diligence, integration, structuring, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and closing. Experience working within or alongside a Strategic is highly beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated aptitude for both managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives
Team leadership and facilitation skills in a matrix organization and interacting with senior executives
Strong problem solving skills
Clear thinking: Some experience simplifying strategy into specific actions with clear accountability, making decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information, and communicating priorities clearly and concisely
Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Adaptable/Flexible: Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
