Job Description Summary

This position will be responsible for financial management of assigned imaging customers in Korea including but not limited to managing customer portfolio profitability and customer relations, business planning, financial forecasting, inventory management, price management, budget/target setting and monitoring, monthly reporting, account reconciliation, and adherence to all compliance procedures.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for pricing and reimbursement strategy, contract negotiations, billing processes, accounts receivable, etc.
• Work with internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, logistics, supply chain, finance, regulatory affairs, legal, HR, procurement, IT, etc.
• Develops budgets, analyzes variances, monitors performance against plans and targets, identifies trends and recommend appropriate actions.
• Manage commercial contracts, develop new contracts, manage pricing strategies, rebates, discounts, promotions, product launches, trade shows, seminars, and other activities associated with selling medical equipment.
• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, make decisions quickly and communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels within the organization.
• Make decisions independently and escalate when necessary.
• Support sales efforts by providing information on prices, availability, and lead times to customers and sales personnel.
• Communicate internally and externally at all levels.
• Interact with key customers to address their concerns and provide them with current information regarding products, service, and delivery schedules.
• Provide input into new product development initiatives.
• Lead cross functional projects related to new product introductions, cost reduction, quality improvement, and process standardization.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent required. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in working in healthcare industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of time.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as good communication skills both written and verbal in Korean and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues, formulate sound opinions, and present findings clearly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Proven track record demonstrating solid judgment, integrity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Fluent in Korean and English.
