Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
This part-time position will provide clinical leadership to all GEHC IGT products in their assigned region RCIS. The Zone Clinical Leader works with other Clinical leaders across the regions and Global to support customer success for all GEHC products through strong relationships with key customers, education, training, clinical support and promoting best practices. This role reports directly to the Modality Manager RCIS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide clinical leadership for all GEHC products within their assigned region
• Work with Sales & Marketing teams on clinical aspects of new product introductions and customer demonstrations/presentations.
• Participates in local congresses and events as appropriate.
• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of strategies and processes that lead to successful adoption and utilization of GEHC’s portfolio by customers.
• Ensure customers are achieving optimal benefit from GEHC’s products through proactive engagement, education, training and technical support.
• Build relationships internally and externally at the regional level with Key Opinion Leaders, customers, administrators, department heads, physicians, and staff to facilitate the advancement of GEHC’s products.
• Assist with troubleshooting or problem solving for customers when needed.
• Understand and communicate competitive landscape and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for expansion of product use within existing accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor’s products and features.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal departments such as service, sales, marketing, quality, regulatory, etc.
• Demonstrated project management skills including ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute simultaneously multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS
•Medical High Degree
• Experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical environment
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
• Fluent English language skill required.
