负责山东/河北/内蒙/山西的渠道商务工作,执行公司渠道策略,支持业务团队完善渠道布局及授权管理,遴选、评估新经销商,完成二级经销商备案,执行经销商运营规范评估,维护区域渠道秩序。

Job Description

角色与职责

  • 支持业务团队完善渠道布局,提供合理化建议优化授权有效性
  • 跟进区域授权调整,保障渠道稳定
  • 了解各业务线经销商画像,帮助业务团队遴选合适的新经销商,并进行经销商资源储备
  • 关注渠道结构,评估二级经销商使用的合理性并完成备案流程
  • 与业务渠道、中央渠道及内部团队合作不断优化经销商运营规范评估细则,并执行季度评估,维护区域渠道秩序
  • 完善经销商赋能项目,持续帮助经销商发展
  • 经销商运营规范及合规方面的区域培训,降低渠道合规风险
  • 其他包括渠道冲突处理,经销商指标维护等

基本资格

  • 本科学历及以上
  • 10年医疗行业工作经验,5年及以上医疗器械行业工作经验
  • 有医疗器械销售、渠道或商务管理经验优先

所需特性

  • 业务及渠道敏锐度及思考分析能力
  • 具备较强的对内对外沟通意愿和能力
  • 有效的问题识别和解决技能
