The Technology Operations Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the core functionality of our technology solutions, such as data integration products with customers in the U.S. & Canada Service business, is effectiveness. This role will identify areas for improvement and integration, and fine-tune specific aspects based on detailed insights. This role requires a blend of operational expertise and technical skills to support the commercialization, implementation, and on-going support of our product. The Technology Operations Lead will have wing-to-wing ownership of onboarding customers and operationalization of standard work for existing customers and the IT/digital solution platform.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensure the technology solution operates correctly and efficiently, verifying that data retrieval is accurate and well-documented.
- Collect, comprehensively document, and implement customer configurations and provisioning details.
- Identify and implement improvements, including additional metrics, API integrations, and process enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Address customer requirements for visibility into data, such as asset, work order, and billing files.
- Monitor progress towards goals and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Synchronize information between maintenance management systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.
- Manage asset data, service requests, and other critical data points.
- Collaborate with the GEHC team to initiate and support the data integration process, providing technical assistance for data extracts, mapping, and integration solutions.
- Enhance data accuracy and completeness, ensuring consistent and reliable information.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, project management, technical degree or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
- Strong operations, data analysis, and project management skillset.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Service, Sales, or Applications).
- Leadership skills to collaborate with and influence teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy.
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, -cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and process skills with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams.
- If candidate lives in Wisconsin, willingness to work in a hybrid (example 3 days) model in our Waukesha office.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Desired Characteristics:
- Experience with GE Healthcare systems and tools.
- Understanding of data transfer protocols (SFTP), and data encryption methods.
- Working knowledge of IT tools used for business-to-business data exchange.
- Experience with API integrations.
- Knowledge of asset management systems and service record data.
