GE医疗每年会面向来年的应届毕业生开放EID(Early-Identification)暑期实习机会，EID有机会加入GE医疗的不同业务部门，通过暑假两个月的全勤实习，体验全真“迷你型”管培模式。EID实习结束后，通过最终评估的同学将会提前收到正式工作聘书，来年毕业时直接进入GE医疗领导力管培生计划。

财务管理培训生项目暑期实习生(FMDP EID)

财务管理培训生项目（FMDP，原缩写为FMP）始建于1914年，迄今已开展百年之久，是通用电气老牌领导力培训项目，在同类项目中首屈一指。GEHC FMDP项目提供世界一流的培训课程和在GE的各个业务部门中深度学习的机会。该项目培训与实践并行，资深导师全程带教，致力于人才发展，通过合理的岗位设计和优质的培训课程，促进领导力的发展及分析能力的提升，为未来培养有能力的财务领导者。 该项目是在GEHC长足发展、取得成功的基石。

我们的特色：

• 实习时间：8周至12周，可按照个人时间及暑期计划安排及变动 （如海外院校和国内院校可能暑期时间不同）
• 参加财务管理培训暑期实习是专为参与成员提供在通用电气医疗大中华地区去体验各项财务职能的机会。
• 涉及工作包括: 财务分析与预测,财务控制，运营分析，商业财务分析，供应链财务，司库等。
• 由GE医疗资深管理人士与导师领导
• 培养未来GE医疗财务管理领域领导者
