What we’re looking for:
We are seeking someone who loves to work with others to help solve problems using software. You'd be joining a small-ish team (~25 people), that moves fast and has high expectations of one another, so we hope you like challenges and possess a track record of going above and beyond what's expected.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and create end-to-end test plans and test cases
• Execute tests across all functional and UI areas of our product
• Find, reproduce, document, and track bugs through resolution
• Perform exploratory and validation testing to deliver a high-quality product to our users and customers
• Work alongside our engineering and product teams, balancing risk and delivery
• Perform regression testing across our products before releases

Must-have Qualifications:

• Eager to learn and grow in a SaaS product environment
• Comfortable testing across modern browsers and responsive layouts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving team
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; willing to jump in where needed

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

• Internship or 1+ year QA experience (manual and/or automated)
• Familiarity with a test case/bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.)
• Basic understanding of web apps and APIs; experience with Postman/Bruno
• Familiarity with SQL and working with data
• Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Playwright
• Experience using logs/dev tools to help troubleshoot issues
