We’re looking to hire a full-time, remote-based, Customer Success Manager, who has Property & Casualty Insurance experience. You’ll own the relationship with our customers at insurance carriers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and ancillary service providers. You’ll collaborate on software implementation and improvement projects with customers, engineering, product, and other teammates as needed.
This is a fully-remote role. You must be willing to work or accommodate EST hours for overlap with the team. Salary will reflect the candidate’s experience. You’ll get to:
- Manage relationships and product success with large (Fortune 1000) customers
- Form actionable insights by planning, participating, and/or leading meetings and research with customers
- Learn to balance constraints when proposing solutions
- Intake technical issues and work directly with our engineering and product development teams to generate innovative solutions
- Establish client success goals and drive adoption strategy
- Develop and lead our onboarding, training, and management services
- Work with sales to manage renewals and capitalize on new opportunities, such as growth and expansions
- Coordinate operational performance review sessions with clients
- Proactively develop and analyze business metrics to enhance the client experience, productivity, and overall success
- Be a key player in our small but mighty team
We’re looking for:
- Possess intangibles such as leadership ability, business acumen, judgment, adaptability, empathy, and humility
- Eager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- P&C insurance-industry experience (a must-have)
- Be customer obsessed- doing everything in your power to create products that solve their tensions
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
- High level of organization, creativity, and self-motivation
- Exceptional communication skills- e.g., manage expectations, be proactive, deliver tough news, navigate conflict, simplify complex concepts etc.
- Experience managing projects and prioritizing tasks across multiple clients, with an interest in managing software implementations
- Ambitious to learn and contribute to a meaningful product
- Natural technical curiosity to understand complex solutions
- Ability to analyze data and uncover patterns that lead to customer insights
- Familiarity -- or at least be comfortable -- with renewals and expansions of client contracts
