Intro to Folia

At Folia, we are building the future of healthcare by liberating huge amounts of important health data from the notebooks and brains of patients and caregivers. We do this through an easy-to-use app that enables individuals to collect their observations, pull in outside health data, get more personalized care, and contribute to research. #yourknowledgematters

Job Description

We’re looking for our very first Program Manager, to coordinate programs that harness the power of individual observations to transform the way we diagnose and treat complex disease. As a key member of the growing Folia Research Team, you will manage the nuts and bolts of high-impact programs in therapeutic research, precision diagnostics, and natural history description for cystic fibrosis, immunodeficiencies, and many other complex conditions. You’ll also be part of our User Success team, figuring out the best ways to serve our Folia family and delight our users. You will interface with Folia’s partners and with individual users on a daily basis.

You’ll be joining our tight-knit team, and will be working directly with Nell, our CEO, as well as Christina, our Head of Growth. In the after-times, you’ll be in-person with us in our Boston office 4 days per week (we have Tuesday flex-days).

As you’ve probably gathered by now, you will have a significant level of responsibility. If you believe that the observations of individuals have the power to unlock better healthcare and you’re jazzed about the possibility of becoming an integral member of a fast-growing digital health startup with a double bottom-line, you’re probably a good fit.

Nice-to-haves:

A Master’s degree in public health, social work, or related discipline
