Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical & Technical Expertise: Develop expertise in FIGUR8 technology to optimize its deployment and utilization in clinical settings.
  • Provider Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for multiple provider locations, including physical therapy, orthopedics, and occupational medicine.
  • Onsite & Remote Support: Assist clinicians with musculoskeletal assessments using FIGUR8 technology, both remotely and in person.
  • Training & Implementation: Build rapport with clinical staff and collaborate with the Training & Implementation team to ensure smooth adoption of FIGUR8 technology.
  • Ongoing Provider Engagement: Establish regular communication with clinicians and leadership to review assessment data, analytics, and utilization trends.
  • Administrative & Technical Support: Inform providers about product updates, new assessments, and enhancements to FIGUR8 technology. Manage web portal access, user setup, and credentials, and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Inventory & Financial Coordination: Actively manage field inventory, forecasting, and support Finance with assessment reconciliation and payment tracking.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Training, and Finance teams to enhance provider experience and support company initiatives.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to %50 of the time
  • Performance Monitoring: Track & analyze trends in individual provider locations & overall territory performance to ensure alignment with goals
  • Strategic Planning: Develop data-driven strategies for assessment volume forecasting and territory growth to optimize market expansion.
  • Account Management: Create and maintain detailed account plans with defined objectives to enhance provider satisfaction and maximize utilization.
  • Adoption & Growth Optimization: Identify and address barriers to the adoption of FIGUR8 assessments, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development: Support efforts to grow business within the territory by identifying and pursuing new payer and provider opportunities.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather feedback and performance data from providers and patients, ensuring proper documentation and communication to stakeholders.
  • Issue Escalation & Resolution: Monitor provider concerns and operational challenges, escalating critical issues to internal teams for resolution.
  • Utilization & Metrics Improvement: Continuously refine strategies to improve assessment utilization metrics and provider engagement for long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MPT OR DPT; A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare field such as health science, exercise physiology, physical therapy, or athletic training.
  • Experience: Requires 8+ years in account management and/or sales, specifically in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Musculoskeletal Health & Technology: Passion for musculoskeletal health and a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes and the provider experience.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare economics, the provider/payer ecosystem, and industry dynamics
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology applications relevant to healthcare and patient management.
