Position Highlights

• Will work in our Congestive Heart Failure Program within the Worcester Medical Center at 1 Eaton Place Worcester, MA
• Will join our respected division including Fifteen Cardiologist, nine Advanced Practitioner Clinicians
• Collegial group practice with a large referral base
• Responsible for CHF assessments, consults, hospital follow ups
• Assisting in cardiac triage and cardiology testing including stress and nuclear stress testing
• Surgery program within Reliant Medical Group
• State of the art Epic EMR system

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant program, Masters level preferred
• National Board Certification
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts board of registration in Nursing
• Maintains BLS certification, professional certification as appropriate 

Preferred Qualifications:  

• 3 + years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
• Cardiology experienced
• Experience with heart failure
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in EMR systems & technology
