What You’ll Be Doing
Develop project-related documents and review/edit presentations
Participate in project meetings, conference calls, and training sessions
Read and interpret project protocol documents
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of study milestones
Report study needs and issues and support project start-up, execution, and close-out
Assist with documentation/database updates due to scope changes
Follow up on invoice reconciliations and prepare reports for forecasting
Monitor internal data flow and respond to inquiries professionally
Communicate project status to clients and verify imaging protocol compliance
Serve as acting Project Manager when needed and distribute project reports
Follow up on missing data, incomplete paperwork, and client queries
Support logistics for site-facing materials and keep CPMs informed
Adhere to SOPs and execute clinical functions per protocol and regulatory guidelines
Recommend operational improvements and participate in process initiatives
Attend project-specific, system, and team-focused trainings
Perform other duties as assigned
What We Look For
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical research
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office suite
Strong proficiency in healthcare, medical, or clinical research domains
Demonstrated ability in organisation, time management, and prioritisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team setting
Adaptability to changing priorities and uncertainty
Pragmatic, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
Based in or able to work from Budapest (hybrid)
